📖 What is People Match?

People Match is Mantatal's Chrome extension that allows you to import candidates directly from LinkedIn with just one click. The extension reads the LinkedIn profile and automatically creates the candidate card in Mantatal with all structured data.

🎯 Objective

Quickly create Client cards by importing data directly from LinkedIn profiles.

This functionality is useful because:

✅ Maximum speed - Client creation in seconds from LinkedIn

✅ Complete automation - All fields auto-populate automatically

✅ Zero errors - No manual transcription

📋 Candidate Import and JOB Association

1. Navigate to LinkedIn

• Open LinkedIn
• Search for and open the Company profile of the potential Client

2. Open the People Match extension

• The extension automatically recognizes that this is a Client card
• Enter a note to associate with the Client (Optional)
• click on "Create Client"
• Wait for processing (a few seconds)

3. Creation confirmation

• A confirmation appears that the Client has been created successfully
• Click the "Open Client" button (or "View Client")
• The Client profile automatically opens in Mantatal and All Client fields have auto-populated automatically with information from LinkedIn.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:

During LinkedIn import:

• ❌ The company does not receive any email or notification
• ✅ Only the structured data from the LinkedIn profile is imported
