📖 What is People Match?
People Match is Mantatal's Chrome extension that allows you to import candidates directly from LinkedIn with just one click. The extension reads the LinkedIn profile and automatically creates the candidate record in Mantatal with all structured data.

🎯 Objective
Quickly create Contact records by importing data directly from LinkedIn profiles.
This functionality is useful because:
✅ Maximum speed - Contact creation in seconds from LinkedIn
✅ Complete automation - All fields auto-populate automatically
✅ Zero errors - No manual transcription
✅ Integrated workflow - Direct association to specific Client
📋 Candidate Import and JOB Association
1. Navigate to LinkedIn
- Open LinkedIn
- Search and open the potential candidate's profile
- Open the People Match extension
2. Associate to a Client
- Before creating the Contact, you can indicate the Client to associate it with.
- Search for the client name and select it to associate it with the contact.(if the client hasn't been created yet, first follow the guide for creating the Client)
3. Activate "Quick Parse"
- Select the "Quick Parse" button to activate the import of all LinkedIn page data into the contact record.
4. Create the Contact:
- click on "Create Contact"
- Wait for processing (a few seconds)
4. Confirm creation
- Confirmation appears that the candidate has been created successfully
- Click the "Open Contact" button (or "View Contact")
- The Contact profile automatically opens in Mantatal and all Contact fields have auto-populated automatically with information from LinkedIn.
- Check that the information, including the "email" is correct.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
During import from LinkedIn:
- ❌ The contact does not receive any email or notification
- ❌ The resume is NOT imported from LinkedIn (Resume)
- ✅ Only the structured data from the LinkedIn profile is imported

When to use People Match:
- ⚡ When the contact is present on LinkedIn
When to upload the contact manually:
- Only when the contact is not present on LinkedIn
