📘 Connect Outlook Email to Manatal

📖 What is Outlook Email Integration?

Outlook Email integration allows you to connect Mantatal with Outlook Email to manage sending and receiving emails through Mantatal using your own Outlook address.

📋 Connecting Outlook Email

1. Open settings

• From the home page, select "Settings" in the left sidebar
• On the Settings page, select "Integrations"
• The page with all available integrations opens

2. Locate the Outlook Email integration: "Outlook Email"

• Under the Outlook Email option, click on "Connect with Outlook Email"

3. Microsoft account login

• The Microsoft login page opens automatically
• Enter username (Microsoft/Outlook email)
• Enter password
• Microsoft asks to authorize Mantatal to access Outlook
• Complete any verification steps required by Microsoft
• Click "Authorize" or "Allow"
• After confirmation, you are automatically redirected to the Mantatal Integrations page
• Verify that a ✅ green checkmark appears next to "Outlook Email"
• ✅ = Active and working integration

📬 Post-Connection Usage

After connecting Outlook Email:

• Send emails directly from Mantatal using your own email address
• Receive emails in the Mantatal Inbox
• Track communications linked to candidate profiles
• Complete email history for each candidate
• Ability to send Mass Email directly from Manatal using your own email address

🔧 Troubleshooting

Green checkmark does not appear

Problem: After authorization, the green checkmark does not appear

Solutions:

1. Refresh the browser page (F5 or refresh button)
2. Verify that you have completed all Microsoft authorization steps
3. Check that the Microsoft account is active and working
4. Retry the connection procedure

Emails not synchronized

Problem: Sent/received emails do not appear in Mantatal

Solutions:

1. Verify that the green checkmark is present on Outlook Email
2. Wait a few minutes for initial synchronization
3. Check Microsoft privacy settings (full permissions required)
4. Disconnect and reconnect the integration
