📘 Connect Office 365 Calendar

📖 What is Office 365 Calendar Integration?

Office 365 Calendar integration allows you to connect Mantatal with Microsoft Calendar to synchronize calendars and manage emails directly from the platform.

📋 Connecting Office 365 Calendar

1. Open settings

• From the home page, select "Settings" in the left sidebar
• In the Settings page, select "Integrations"
• The page with all available integrations opens

2. Locate the Calendar integration: "Office 365 Calendar"

• Under the Office 365 Calendar option, click on "Connect with Office 365 Calendar"

3. Microsoft account login

• The Microsoft login page opens automatically
• Enter username (Microsoft/Outlook email)
• Enter password
• Microsoft asks to authorize Mantatal to access the calendar
• Complete any verification steps required by Microsoft
• Click "Authorize" or "Allow"
• After confirmation, you are automatically redirected to Mantatal's Integrations page
• Verify that a ✅ green checkmark appears next to "Office 365 Calendar"
• ✅ = Integration active and working

📬 Post-Connection Usage

After connecting Office 365 Calendar:

• Events created in Mantatal synchronized with Outlook Calendar
• Candidate meetings visible in Microsoft calendar

🔧 Troubleshooting

Green checkmark doesn't appear

Problem: After authorization, the green checkmark doesn't show up

Solutions:

1. Reload the browser page (F5 or refresh button )
2. Verify that you have completed all Microsoft authorization steps
3. Check that the Microsoft account is active and working
4. Retry the connection procedure

Calendar events not synchronized

Problem: Events don't appear in Outlook Calendar

Solutions:

1. Verify green checkmark on Office 365 Calendar
2. Check that you are viewing the correct calendar in Outlook
3. If necessary disconnect:
   1. Settings → Integrations
   2. Locate the integration to disconnect
   3. Click "Disconnect" or equivalent
   4. Confirm the disconnection
   5. The green checkmark will disappear
   6. Perform the connection again
